The pharmacy has problems. I have made 2 trips to get a prescription and then they tell me they don’t have an insurance card when I filled out the info and gave them the card when I originally went in to get the rx that was faxed 2 times by the doctor’s office and then had to be called in. This was for a child with a concussion and he suffered 2 days until I could get his rx and cost me 3 trips.
I am so sorry for your experience there. I have only used their pharmacy a couple of times without issue so I can only image how frustrating it was for you.
