I ended up cutting the chicken into strips to cut down on the cooking time and then followed the package directions for preparation.  Then cooked the broccoli and rice in the microwave.  The chicken strips were a hit with the kids so will definitely make this again.

I do not know if they have these displays at any of our local locations so please let us know if you come accross them at your store.
